Name: Suri
Age: 300 years
Gender: female
Race: dragon
Alliance (dark/light/neutral/none): none, other, untamed
Appearance:
Suri has a very muscular and somewhat lanky build. From the ground to the top of her longest horn, she is about sixteen feet tall. She is about forty feet long from nose to tail tip when lying completely straight. Suri's entire body is covered in sky blue scales, which act as armor and protect the vital organs inside her body.
Her wings are covered in sky blue scales and feathers. They are extremely powerful due to the collection of muscles under the scales and feathers. The wings, when spread out completely, reach a length of about forty-five feet. Her tail is around fifteen feet long with an arrowhead shaped spike on the end.
Sprouting from the back of her head, are four twisting horns that are the same color as her scales. Lining the back of her neck, are blade-like spikes that go down in size until the neck reaches her body. Inside Suri's mouth, razor sharp teeth are lined on the top and bottom of her mouth in neat rows. Her tongue, instead of being a soft pink is a sky blue, and it is forked at the end like a snake's. Suri's eyes are a mystifying, deep blue that seem to go on forever.
Personality:
Suri is very kind and friendly for a dragon. She prefers to hang out and travel with other people, rather than travel and spend time alone. Since she had spent a lot of time traveling by herself when she was younger, she likes to be around living, breathing things. Most of the time she can be found doing one of her favorite things: flying, hunting, or chatting with a local Circia. She tries to be nice to other Circia and humans, but sometimes it is just not possible. Suri isn't all friendly and nice all of the time though, she has a fierce side to her personality. She will never back down from a fight, and will start a fight if she thinks it is necessary in the situation. The adrenaline rush she gets when she fights tough opponents is thrilling to her. Sometimes she wins, sometimes she doesn't.
Suri is a skilled hunter, as most dragons are. When she wants to, she can be as quiet as a mouse. Weaving through the terrain like a snake, and attacking her prey without mercy. Although, she will only hunt when she is in need of food, and she will always try to finish her meals so they don't go to waste. Also, she loves to fly and stretch her wings. Flying up so high that the people below think she is some kind of bird and then coming crashing back to earth. It's one of the few things besides fighting that gets her blood pumping.
Suri is a surprisingly funny creature. It takes a lot of people by surprise when she makes them laugh. Unfortunately, she tends to laugh at her own jokes before the other person has a chance to laugh. Besides having a good sense of humor, Suri is always up for a good adventure. She loves to get into danger and fight her way out of it. Although, her dare devil attitude can get her into trouble sometimes. Fortunately, she can usually find a way out of those situations using both her brains and her body.
History:
Even though Suri has been alive for three hundred years, she is still pretty young. She has, though, grown wiser from what she has experienced. In a dragon's perspective, not much has happened in the last three hundred years. Nothing really exciting has happened to Suri either.
She was born along with her younger brother during a winter storm. Unfortunately, her brother was born deformed and did not last a day. After the storm faded, Suri's father left herself and her mother. She never saw the great red dragon again. A few centuries past without much excitement besides Suri learning to fly, talk, and fight. Her fire came when she was around ninety. Shortly after that she was able to hunt for herself. Since Suri was now capable of taking care of herself, her mother left her. She recovered rather quickly from sudden departure of her mother, and decided to travel the world.
For many centuries, Suri explored the world in search of adventure. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to stay in one place for very long. People who saw her circling above would immediately try to attack her once she had landed, if it was near their village or town. This always kept her on her toes, and caused her to not sleep very soundly. She experienced many things through these travels that only helped her to become wiser.
When she returned to the untamed lands and her home, she found that every Circia that she knew of had moved into the central valley because of the numbers of the animals were decreasing. Saddened by this, she every so often returns to the valley to visit with the animals and help with decisions. But she continues to travel around and learn about what the people outside the valley are doing.
Abilities/Disabilities:
Fire Breathing - Like most dragons, Suri can breathe fire. She is able to control when she breathes fire, but if she has food or water in her mouth, she can't do it at all. The fire she breathes can only go in a straight line, and she can only breathe about four feet of fire in one breath.
Air Manipulation - Suri can also manipulate air to a point. She can make the wind blow faster, or cause it to become heavier and act like a mattress to soften the fall of something. But, she cannot make the air around her into a shield to fend off an attacker or a weapon of some sort.
Telepathy - Suri communicates to others through either just talking or by using telepathy. With telepathy, she speaks through her thoughts to another person, but person or creature she is talking to can only hear the thoughts she wants them to hear. She can't hear the other creature's thoughts at all, unless they have telepathy as well and want her to hear their thoughts.

The trees swayed to the gentle breeze as it blew through the valley. An acorn fell from an oak tree when the breeze knocked it off of the thin branch it was clinging to. It fell onto the roots of the oak and rolled the rest of the way to the ground. When it stopped, a squirrel ran to pick it up, but stopped in it's tracks as the breeze picked up. The whole clearing seemed to be in the center of a tornado. Out of the sky, a sky blue dragon descended. It's wings flapped causing all the trees surrounding the area to sway and some of the leaves to fly off of the trees. One giant, clawed foot touched the ground and was followed by three more. By now, the squirrel had abandoned the nut and disappeared into the forest.
With all four feet on the ground, Suri stopped flapping her wings, and pulled them to the sides of her body. They settled neatly against her scaly body. She took in a deep breath and let it out, closing her eyes to slits. Shaking her head, she started to walk through the trees. Her large body hardly touching the trees at all. She moved stealthily through the trees, looking for any signs of large wild life. A little ways ahead, a stick cracked.
She moved as quietly as a mouse, hardly touching the ground at all. The animal came into her sight. It was a large male deer with a full set of antlers. Unfortunately, it was the only deer there. Apparently it was still pretty young, but it was big and had a lot of meat on it. That was all that Suri cared about. Without making a sound, she moved through the trees until she was as close as she could possibly get to it without being seen. As quick as a snake, she zipped out and cut the throat of the deer with her claw. She quickly devoured the animal raw, trying to get every last edible bit of meat off of the animal. With the meal finished, she left the bones out for another animal to have, and started the walk back to the clearing she had landed in.
As she was walking back, she came across something that hadn't been there when she had came through before. It was a human footprint. She pretended that she had never seen it so if the humans wouldn't know that she knew that they were there. Continuing along the path, she listened for them. From behind her, she heard a stick crack that was followed by the whistle of an arrow being shot. She ducked her head just in time. The arrow flew harmlessly over her body and into a tree trunk. She started run back to the clearing full speed.
Back in the clearing, she spun around to face the way she had came. "Come on out," she called to the humans. "I know you are in there! Come out where I can see you!" The bushes by in front of her rustled as a man came running out with an ax. Suri lashed out with one of her front feet and grabbed the ax out of the man's hand. Now weaponless, the man ran back to the bushes where another two came charging at her. Both of them had swords. She didn't want to kill the men, so she dodged to one side when they both went for her left leg. Lashing out with her tail this time, she knocked them both over. They both lost their swords when they fell and were now trying to find them. Suri sat down on her hind legs and picked up both men with her fore claws. Speaking to them with telepathy, she said, "Go home, now. It's no use. Save yourselves and take care of your families. There is no need to fight me, I'm leaving in the morning." The two men were scared out of their minds so they nodded their heads quickly and ran away as soon as Suri set them down.
Chuckling to herself, she lied down on the ground to take a nap before heading out again. Humans can be so foolish sometimes, she thought. I wonder how they keep order in their world. Laughing quietly, she let herself slip into a light sleep.
